4. The damage is in the path of the windshield wipers: That's 90% of the windshield! Wiper path has absolutely nothing to do with how repairable rock chip damage is. Most of the work we do is in the path of the wiper blades (because most of the windshield is in the path of the wiper blades).

3. The crack has gone to the edge of the windshield: The fact is, most cracks start at the edge of the windshield. Because of the unique design of the tools that we use, we can repair cracks that go to the edge. Our tools have one suction cup, and therefore, only one contact point on the windshield. Other windshield repair systems have two or three suction cups, which require two or three attachment points. These systems cannot repairs cracks that go the edge of the glass, for the simple reasons that their tools cannot reach to the edge of the glass.
